The "Unterlehenhof N" holiday flat is located in a traditional mountain farm in Zell am Ziller and offers direct access to the ski slopes.
The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher & dining area, 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is located outside the flat across the hallway) and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people.
The amenities also include high-speed WiFi and satellite TV.
A baby cot is available on request.
The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you can relax in the evening while enjoying fantastic mountain views.
The apartment is the perfect starting point for skiers in the wintertime and hikers during the summer months.
There is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house (the ski bus is free of charge for skiers).
The ski resort of Karspitz is just 5 km away, the cable car is 4 km from the property, and the amusement park of Rosenalmbahn Zell is located in the valley, just 4 km from the house.
The property is near the ski area "Zillertal Arena".
There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
There are animals on the farm.
Towels cannot be provided.
WLAN is suitable for video calls.
A ski storage is available.
The farm offers homemade products: Bread, butter, eggs, honey, jam and schnapps (the farmhouse has its own distillery).
A bread roll service is available on request.

Het appartement. Wij hadden een 5 pers. appartement gehuurd op locatie 68A. Wat wij hebben gekregen weet ik niet maar de slaapkamers waren niet aaneengesloten (gescheiden door een centrale gang van de andere appartementen) in het appartement (overigens wel ruim met goede bedden). De keuken met zitge...
