- A bedroom with a 140cm bed and large closet
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet
You will have access to one private parking space, secure basement (N°305) and a bicycle room.

Emplacement idéal proche de tout commerce. La vue exceptionnelle. Les lignes de bus sont bien desservie est gratuit tout l'été. La disponibilité de l'agence. L'appartement est fonctionnel voisinage très calme. Lieu apaisant est calme .

The accommodation matches the images perfectly, the apartment is bright and cheery.
the location is in a safe and quiet area, and was a very good location to stay for Annecy festival.
The balcony is peaceful and you can hear the birds singing, so very nice after a busy day.
