The Studio Carnot has been completely renovated, and everything will be done to make your stay unique.
🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car park Bonlieu.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The apartment is 400 metres from the train and bus station.
The buses are all around us.
The nearest airport is Geneva, about 40 minutes from us.
The one in Lyon is 1h15 by car
Mail parking is 400 metres from the apartment.
## Notes
We are 45 minutes from the first ski slopes. (semnoz, clusaz...)
Then a little further, the most beautiful resorts surround us. Chamonix, courchevel, Val Thorens...

We would suggest to park in the Parking of the Courier Shopping center, 3 minutes walking from the loft. Enjoy it!

La rue est piétonne et un peu bruyante mais cela reste un détail car le logement est très bien situé !
