The holiday apartment "Le Maeva" is located in Saint Laurent du Var just a short walk from the beach.
This 27 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, cable TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys.
On top of that, a shared gym and gym equipment are also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot is also available.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace where you will enjoy fantastic sea views, and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The property is located less than 300m from Cap 3000 Nautical club.
You can practive windsurfing, surfing, paddle, and jet skiing.
The port is right around the corner.
There is also a children's merry-go-round and a trampoline, as well as numerous restaurants (Italian-Japanese-Chinese-etc).

Auf der Terrasse, die man mit Fenster schließen kann, hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf dass Meer. Nach einem kurzen Fussweg bist du am Meer. Liegt auch gut zentral. Unsere beiden Hunde wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und freundlich.
