This 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, washing machine, and smart TV with streaming services.
A cot, a high chair, and two bicycles are also available. The train station, the university hospital, the medical foundation, and other healthcare centers are easily reachable by bus. Nearby you will find a pharmacy, a supermarket, a bar, and a newsstand.
A garage parking space is available, as well as further parking options on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Fabio’s home is a lovely one bedroom ground level unit. Everything was exactly as described. There is parking available in front of the home and on the side street. It is also not far away from the train station. We will definitely keep it in mind, for the next time we visit the area.

Stayed for 10days with my teen son for business/vaction. Location is great. A block from pharmacy. A block from a market. 7min to the train station. 10min to the old city. Unit is clean with all things that we needed. Will return.
