The holiday apartment "Casa Veronica" in Levanto is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones.
Located on the second floor, the property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, heating, washing machine, and TV. Don't miss the Mare-Monti cycle path, which takes you from Levanto to Bonassola and Framura (just 5 minutes away by train). The Levanto-Monterosso hiking trail, which takes about 2 hours to walk, is also just steps from the apartment.
The train station, where you can buy tickets to the Cinque Terre, is a 5-minute walk away. Free street parking is available (please collect the parking pass after receiving the keys). Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
Late check-in after 8:00 pm is possible for an extra fee. Recycling rules: more information is provided on site.

Appartement spacieux, literie confortable, à côté de la gare et proche de toutes commodités.Deux inconvénients sont à signaler au propriétaire que nous n'avons pas revu (il nous a fait confiance pour notre départ): - la porte des salle de bains wc ne ferme pas (pas moyen de la loqueter)- besoin de remettre des moustiquaires car beaucoup de moustiques

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, la fourniture du linge et le ménage sont appréciables. Mais le manque d'isolation thermique, phonique et liée aux moustiques rend les nuits particulièrement difficiles.
