The 58 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional services include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in the room.
A baby cot and a child's bed for children under 3 years old also available. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and a barbecue, is also available for your use. The property is located about 6 km from both sandy and rocky beaches.
Furthermore, grocery stores are 5.5 km away and bikes can be rented in Talamone and in Alberese.

Geräumiges Studio mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung. Michela ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut.
Obwohl keine Haustiere erlaubt sind, hat das Zimmer anfangs nach Hund gerochen

Harte Federkernbetten. Kein Dampfabzug. Aber es geht.
