Villa "L'antica Lugana" is located right next to the lake in Sirmione and offers a wonderful view of the lake directly from the property.
The villa, spread over 3 floors, consists of a living room with 2 single sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Amenities available include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, fan, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and TV. The highlight of the villa is the private outdoor area with a garden and 2 balconies.
The villa is just a few steps from a supermarket and only 400 meters from the Sirmione thermal baths.
Several wineries are nearby where you can participate in tastings.
There are 2 parking spaces available on the property.
Pets are allowed (available for an extra fee). Air conditioning is available.
Bachelor parties and similar events are permitted.
The property has step-free access.
There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles, while boat storage is available nearby.

Very friendly and responsive owner. Location and access to the lake are outstanding. Interior design and the quality of the house are fantastic.
The person welcoming us was not very forthcoming. Missing bed linen, missing introduction to the house and amenities etc were surprising. Reaction time could be improved. When leaving, the agreed-upon handover time of key was missed without an excuse (no show up).

Der Check-in war sehr spärlich, man findet sich aber schnell zurecht
