Villa Roza is located in the small town of Lovinac, which is in the hinterland of the beautiful city of Zadar.
Lovinac is located in an ideal location that provides peace and quiet and a rural idyll with a view of the Velebit mountain, and yet accessibility to all amenities because it is 9 km from the sea and 15 km from the center of Zadar. Villa Roza is a fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated new facility that can host 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one room is equipped with two single beds.
All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, allowing for additional privacy.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
Villa Roza is perfect for a family with children because it offers a lot of facilities such as a children's playground, table football, board games and, of course, a private pool whose specialty is salt water that will allow even those with the most sensitive skin to swim.
While the kids play, adults can maintain their line on the elliptical and weight bench.
Of course, along with entertainment, the most important family moments are spent preparing delicious meals by the fireplace in the summer kitchen. If you are looking for a place to recover and escape from the noise and crowds of the city, villa Roza is the perfect choice for you, so don't hesitate and book your vacation right away. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties.
A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 25 or under.
Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
