Villa Degli Ulivi is located in Collesano and overlooks the sea.
This 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, and cable TV. The outdoor area is the highlight of the property: from mid-April, a private pool of 14 x 5 meters will be available.
The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and a citrus orchard of about 3 hectares with centuries-old trees around the house, where you can take walks and enjoy the countryside.
You also have access to a private organic vegetable garden.
The pool is available from mid-April until the end of October. Within 10 km of the property, you can visit Castelbuono, Petralia Soprana, Gangi, and the Madonie Natural Park.
It is possible to organize nature trails with local guides in the Madonie Natural Park; the area is rich in typical restaurants and wineries.
During the winter season, you can go snowshoeing.
Six parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
Any events must be agreed in advance with the owner and may incur additional costs.
The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for video calls.
In Cefalù, you can rent a motorboat for an extra fee.
