In Monopoli, the holiday home "Casa Kennedy" is conveniently located close to the beach.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating as well as cable TV.
A baby cot is available for an extra fee per night. The holiday home also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening. A free access beach is 100 meters away, a supermarket 20 meters, and the old town of Monopoli 700 meters.
The area is very well served and has all the services within walking distance. Free parking is available in the residential area. Pets are not allowed. The replacement of sheets and towels and extra cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee, to be checked with the homeowner. Late check-in after 22:00 and late check-out after 9:00 will incur an additional charge. Please, contact the host in advance to inform the preferred rooms.
