The property consists of a magnificent 3-storey house (with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), a separate annex flat (with one bedroom and bathroom), an outside bathroom for the swimming pool and two garages.
The ground floor consists of a living/dining room, a TV room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor: an independent living room and three bedrooms with their respective three bathrooms and on the first floor a beautiful bedroom with bathroom and terrace, with spectacular views.

Schöne ruhige Lage, großes Grundstück mit versteckter Höhle.
Es konnte nicht immer die Klimaanlage genutzt werden, trotz Hitze. Keine Bestuhlung beim Grill. Bettwäsche (Inlett) und Matratzen können mal erneuert werden.
