The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, lift, and air conditioning. The house is located a few steps from the new technical-scientific center of Bologna (Opificio Golinelli and MAST), 1 km from Piazza Maggiore, the heart of the city, 500 meters from the Maggiore Hospital, 3.7 km from Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca and 2.6 km from Quadrilatero Bologna. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city.
