With mountain views, Holiday Home Giugiò in Giardini Naxos is perfect for a relaxing vacation near the beach.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of which has been recently renovated), and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating in all bedrooms, a fan, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and TV.
A crib and high chair are also available.
The holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a grill.
Nearby you will find a tobacconist, bars and a charming restaurant at 150 meters, the beach at 200 meters (reachable in less than 5 minutes), pubs, bars and restaurants in the city center at 350 meters, a supermarket at 500 meters, and local authorities, the central bus station and a pharmacy at 700 meters.
A parking space is available in the garage and free street parking is possible.
Pets are allowed.
Self check-in can be arranged.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.

Fantastische Dachterrasse mit 2 Grills! Das Highlight der Unterkunft!!
Sehr saubere Wohnung mit 2 Bädern und 2 WCs.
Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern (6,10) sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Lage für tolle Ausflüge.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
In der Pizzaria in der Nähe (Spelunce) gibt es eine hervorragende Pizza Meeresfrüchte!

La maison est bien équipée et dispose de tout le materiel nécessaire afin de faciliter le séjour. Les deux sdb sont vraiment un plus ! La terrasse quant à elle est trés agréable et accueille 2 BBQ (a gaz et charbon) pour de belles soirées entre amis. Pour finir, notre hôte, Santina à été aux petits soin, et nous a conseillée restau, bars, et était dispo afin de répondre à toute nos questions.
