You’ll find 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms.
The villa features a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
Families with young children can request a crib.
Stone walls and wooden furnishings create an authentic traditional atmosphere. Guests have exclusive access to over 6,000 m² of grounds, including a beautiful stone pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a large English lawn, a vegetable garden, and a traditional Apulian “Pagliara”—a unique feature of the local countryside.
The pool has a shallow children’s area with a gradual entry, perfect for families.
Relax in your private hot tub or use the outdoor shower.
The spacious covered patio offers a dining table and comfortable wooden and rattan lounge areas, ideal for outdoor dinners and evenings together, surrounded by greenery. Parking is available both on the property and on the street.

The strategic location lets you reach towns and tourist spots like Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and Polignano a Mare in just a few minutes by car, making the villa the perfect base to discover the wonders of Puglia.
