It is suitable for couples and families (with children). Recommended throughout the year for those who enjoy walking and trekking being close to both the 5 Terre Park -way of love- and Portofino Park.
At particular times of the year you can also visit the forests and lakes of Aveto Park. The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical and prestigious Genoese house on the sea promenade in Chiavari.
It has been recently renovated with fine finishes and quality furnishings.
It consists of a large and bright living room facing the sea with TV, double sofa bed and well-stocked library at guests' disposal, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and washing machine, double bedroom and bathroom with shower stall.
Dishes, bed and bath linens, hair dryer, clothesline and some food essentials (milk, coffee, sugar, cookies), as well as detergent and shower shampoo are available to guests.
A WIFI connection is available. Late check-in is subject to availability, upon request and for an extra fee.

This was an excellent place to stay during our week on the Italian Riviera. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for self catering, although there are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The train station is a mere 10 minutes walk away and it makes sense to use ...
