This charming 46 m² duplex flat with sea view is located in a lively area of La Grande-Motte, just a stone's throw from the beach (~50 m). It can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 30 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV lounge area, sofa, open to the kitchen and overlooking the terrace and garden.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned : a queen-size bed (160*200) with a view of the dune and a small view of the sea.
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned : two pull-out beds to make a 160x190 bed.
- A bathroom with WC

Outside :
- A 10m2 covered terrace facing south, southeast overlooking the garden with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and a removable triangular sail or a parasol.
- A garden of 18m2 equipped with a water point for the returns of beach.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, a fan, ironing board and iron, baby bed.

The apartment is ideally located in La Grande-Motte, in front of the beach, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Nautical activities: boat outings (sailing lessons, sea trips with a skipper...)
- Horseback riding to see the Camargue from a closer angle
- Visits to cities; Le Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier etc...)
- Bicycle rentals (classic or electric), you will find a rental near the residence.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Montpellier train station is 25 minutes away by car
- The streetcar of Pérols is at 10 min by car
- The airport of Montpellier is 15 min by car.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.

- The accommodation is located in a lively part of the city, near a night club, some noise can occur.
