Villa Coris with its holiday flats "Magnolia" and "Palma" is situated in a preferred residential area of Merano and captivates with its beautiful location in the middle of a park that is maintained according to organic guidelines.
The holiday flats are furnished for three and four guests respectively, both very spacious and lovingly furnished.
The large magnolias and palm trees in the park, as well as all the other shrubs and trees around the villa, create a particularly pleasant climate and give our guests a feeling of relaxation.
The special tranquillity of this place lets the soul dangle.
The convenient location of the villa also allows guests to reach the special highlights of Merano and the surrounding area very quickly on foot, by car and by public transport.
Free private parking, balconies with a beautiful view, non-smoking rooms, Wi-Fi included and the warm care of the hostess round off this harmonious overall picture of Villa Corsi even more impressively.
The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super angenehm, die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war ein Abstellplatz für unser Auto und die mitgebrachten Fahrräder auf dem Anwesen vorhanden. Erwähnen möchte ich den wunderschönen Garten, um den sich Vermieterin persönlich kümmert. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.
