Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This modern and cosy flat can accommodate up to 5 people.
One of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single bunk beds.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away.
Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake). 🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street.
Parking is available at the Bonlieu underground car parks (short-stay rates apply). 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 per person per day. Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living. Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’ll be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself. The only downside was the communication with the host - as we were missing duvets and the communication with them was very complicated.
