Located in Plemmirio, the villa 'Casa Vacanza Cristina' provides a comfortable setting for your holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a coffee machine and a TV.
Guests of the villa have exclusive access to a private outdoor area with a pool and an open terrace.
The poolside area is furnished for dining and relaxing, swimming pool with hydromassage with therapeutic salt water and emotional waterfall that can be used at any time (Cristina will explain how to turn on the hydromassage) Some spaces on the lower floor are shared with the homeowner and her son.
There is also a complete built-in outdoor kitchen (fridge, wood-burning oven, freezer).
Outdoor shower with full outdoor bathroom accessible to all guests.
The property also has a laundry area.
A supermarket is found just 20 m from the villa and the driving distance to the nearest beach is approx. 5 minutes.
The fully equipped open-air swimming pools of Varco 23 and Cala Zafiro are a few-minute walk from the property. 4 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed.
Free room cleaning and tidiness every day.
Free beach towels.
Beach umbrella available for free.

The house was so comfortable and the host treated us like family. The host will cook delicious meals for a small amount of euros. It was such a pleasure to stay at Villa Casa Vacanza. We can’t wait until our return next year.

Our host Christina called us immediately after our reservation to clarify our time of arrival along with directions (not accurate on the VRBO site). Christina cooked an amazing Italian dinner pool side with music. Comfortable beds, beautiful home and an amazing host! 5 star review.

We had a fantastic time! Kristina was very attentive and was available to help with anything we needed. She prepared us a great breakfast every day and even went out of her way to get us a birthday cake for a friends birthday. We were in town for a wedding at the hotel nearby and this was a great location to stay offsite.
