Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. The finca, located near Costa del Sol beaches, boasts a stylish design with a private pool amid a spacious garden with palm trees.
The living room accommodates six people, featuring internet, German satellite TV, and a fireplace.
The main entrance leads to a compact yet well-equipped open kitchen with essential appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven, and coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, mosquito nets, and built-in wardrobes.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower, while the second bathroom is a shower room. The kidney-shaped pool, situated behind the house, includes a charcoal barbecue and outdoor shower.
From the road linking Torrox Pueblo with the mountains to Cómpeta, there is a fairly passable road (it is partly a fairly flat dirt road) about 1.6 km to your holiday finca.
The road is a bit narrow in places. Parking is available in front of the house, and there's space for one vehicle under the double garage. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.
Excessive use (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional payment of 0.39 euros per kW on site.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
