The impressive 300 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
The highlight of the property is its large private outdoor area with a heated pool and a furnished covered terrace.
The poolside area is equipped for sunbathing and relaxing.
The property boasts an attractive location near the marina and Acantilados de Los Gigantes ('Cliffs of the Giants').
Nearby, there is a great selection of restaurants, shops and natural pools.
Moreover, there is a paid public swimming pool near the cliffs.
A parking space is available in a garage.

Terasse, Pool, Aussicht, Platzangebot - alles klasse. Moderne Bäder, sehr gutes W-Lan, gepflegte und ruhige Wohnanalge sowie schönes Haus. Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Mercadona und Super Dino 5 Minuten Fußweg. Poolausstattung mit Matratzen und Poolnudel top. Grill vorhanden und in guten Zustand...
Verkalkte Duschen, in die Jahre gekommene Küchenschränke, übersichtliche/alte Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Pfannen, zu wenig Gläser für 6 Personen, verkalkter Wasserkocher), kein großer Terassentisch, zerschlissene Stuhlauflagen.
