This comfortable and spacious holiday rental thanks to its 160 m² is composed as follows: - On the ground floor: a large living room with the living room, the living room and the fitted kitchen.
Also on this level: a bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200), a shower room, two separate toilets and a laundry room (with dishwasher). - Upstairs: a mezzanine with a small living room, two other bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside: a large garden in front of the house, and at the back: a south/west facing terrace and the 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (accessible from Easter to the end of September and from 10 am to 9 pm).
Two private parking spaces.
The cottage is composed of a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next to the cottage.
Provide 2 checks for the deposit: 1 of 500 € for the cottage and 1 of 130 € for the cleaning.
In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Baden is a town very popular with holidaymakers for its quality of life and its many possibilities for outdoor activities that will delight young and old alike! Tennis, horse riding, hiking from the rental and even golf (accessible just a stone's throw from the gite for green lovers!) For yachting, fishing and water sports enthusiasts, the Gulf is an open-air recreation area! The Ile aux Moines and the Ile d'Arz can be discovered by day via the Port Blanc pier (10 minutes from the gîte).
For swimming, opt for the beach of the 7 islands which discovers a sandbar at high tide and enjoy the private swimming pool with a sliding cover guaranteeing water heated to 28 ° C!

Nous avions été contactés quelques jours avant le début du séjour afin de nous coordonner quant à notre arrivée.
Les propriétaires étaient présents lors de notre arrivée et nous ont donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour que le séjour se déroule de la manière optimale.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très confortable et très propre.La piscine est évidemment un plus.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Adresse à retenir dans une région superbe .

Parfait pour un séjour en famille, gîte spacieux dan un endroit paisible, proche du centre de Baden( boulangerie,marché de producteurs) et de Port-Blanc ( embarcadère pour les îles du golfe)Propriétaires très accueillants et arrangeants.
