Cap Bénat - Stone house from Bormes, in the private and guarded domain of Gaou Benat, quiet environment, panoramic sea view
About the domain : ''The Gaou Benat domain, located on the territory of Bormes-les-Mimosas, at the tip of the Cap du Bénat, is one of the privileged places of the Mediterranean.
This private and guarded domain, which extends over more than 160 hectares of magnificent vegetation, benefits from 2 beautiful "private" beaches facing the islands of Levant and Port-Cros.
In this green setting, the villas, all built in dry stone from the quarries of Bormes, disappear behind the pines and cork oaks.
The fort of Brégançon is located on the western edge of the cape. The house is easy and comfortable, on the hillside, on 2 levels which communicate between them by an external staircase, recently redone The house is semi-detached with another house, as are all the houses of the Village des Fourches, semi-detached 2 by 2.
There is no noise or visual nuisance because of this semi-detached house It is equipped with a heated swimming pool, 2 beautiful terraces and all the outside conveniences (deckchairs, armchairs and garden tables, Barbecue), and inside A large living room-kitchen (42 m2), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet (3 in total), a laundry room The house has air conditioning and heating in all rooms, by means of a system of heat pumps, environmentally friendly The swimming pool is surrounded by a safety fence, easy to remove if you don't need it.
It is heated (May, June and September-October).
It is guarded and maintained by an external company, which intervenes in autonomy and discretion, including in the presence of tenants.
The water treatment is done by hydrolise, that is to say without adding chlorine or salt.
It is heated by means of a heat pump (environmentally friendly) The view on the sea is unobstructed from all the rooms of the house and from the 2 terraces The domain is protected in construction and classified.
It offers a protected environment for the children and a limited traffic The 2 beautiful beaches of the domain are nearby, not very frequented: 20' walk downhill via the fragrant paths of the domain, 25' uphill (parking available on the beach if needed) The domain has 7 tennis courts, petanque courts, a sailing and swimming club/school on one of the 2 beaches, a friendly seaside restaurant, and a mini-market open in summer (please see on site for access to the tennis courts, yoga and sailing club). Nearby (5 km) : The village of Le Lavandou, its many shops, its beaches, its promenade, its large and beautiful market on Thursdays and the beautiful medieval village of Bormes perched on the mountain, its art and history museum...
