The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with satellite and streaming services.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available, please inform the owner in advance. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool, a garden, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. From the vacation home, it is 900 m to Playa Chica, 450 m to Old Town Harbour, 650 m to the Shopping Center La Biosfera, 1.5 km to Playa Blanca, and 1 km to Avenida De Las Playas. Free parking is available on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please, note that this accommodation does not have a balcony.

The apartment was nice and clean and the complex had a relaxing atmosphere. Other guests were friendly.
No outside space directly from the apartment, balcony has been closed in to make the living area larger which felt unnecessary
The apartments were in a very hilly area which wasn't detailed.
Lots of steps to get from the apartment to the pool area.
