Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 2 people, on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a 17th century building. Protected building classified as an architectural heritage of the city of Annecy.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
There is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 2 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Entouré de fientes de pigeons et forte odeur. Donc pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre . Photos du logement trompeuse sur la grandeur. Le palier de l'immeuble est sur la photo. Sdb n'est pas digne de ce nom. Manque porte serviette et réfrigérateur congél.

Les parties communes de l’immeuble laissent cependant un petit peu à désirer.
