Our vacation apartment "Borkum" is located in a quiet side street in the center of Burhave.
In a few steps you can reach the town center with shopping opportunities, bakery and gastronomy.
Also dike, beach, play barn and North Sea lagoon are within walking distance.
The apartment offers space for a total of up to 6 people.
The beds are distributed over 3 rooms: there is a bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed if necessary) and another small chamber with a narrow double bed (140x200), there are also two cupboard beds in the living room.
If needed, baby travel cot including mattress and a high chair are also available (of course without additional costs).
Small four-legged friends are welcome to travel with you (for a fee).
Vacation with friends or larger family? No problem: thanks to our apartment "Roter Sand" in the neighboring house, which has another 4 beds, up to 10 people can spend their vacation together! The apartment is quietly located to the rear with a view over the park-like garden of the small vacation complex.
The center of the apartment is the open living/dining/kitchen area with modern leather seating area.
Here you can spend cozy hours with your loved ones.
In nice weather, the balcony invites you to relax, it is of course fully furnished.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
The kitchen has all the usual electrical appliances including microwave and dishwasher and is also otherwise fully equipped with everything that makes the vacation the most beautiful time of the year.
In the apartment is a small selection of vacation literature, board games and children's toys.
The guest house has WLAN.
The resort has its own swimming pool (free of charge) and a sauna (for a fee), there is also a larger lounge (fireplace room) with table tennis.
There are several seating areas and barbecue grills in the park-like grounds, as well as a children's playground.
Bicycles can be stored under roof, for e-bikes there is a separate "Zapfstelle".
For excursions Bollerwagen are available for free use.
Of course, you will be personally received on arrival and introduced to the apartment and the guest house.
Everything else you need to know you will find in the guest folder.
The tourism tax is payable in cash to the manager upon arrival.
Bed linen and towels can also be provided for a fee.

Leider kann ich nicht verstehen wie die Wohnung für 6 Personen vermietet werden kann. Es war platztechnisch schon mit 4 Erwachsenen und Kind eine Zumutung.
Die Sauberkeit war nur sehr oberflächlich und das für den Preis der Endreinigung.
Außerdem ist das Dach nicht gedämmt und die Fenster nicht d...
