The 150 m² property features a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a 50" Smart TV with internet connection, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The highlight is a 70 m² covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing, as well as a private area for enjoying a meal together. Nearby, you will find Costa Saracena, the fishing village of Brucoli, and Agnone.
There is a parking space available on the property.
Pets and groups of young people are not allowed.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm and from midnight to 10:00 am.
Guests are advised not to flush paper down the toilet to avoid issues. The pool and garden are for the exclusive use of the owner; guests are not permitted to use the pool or access the garden.
However, there is a wonderful private beach within the complex and a beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters away.
Recycling is mandatory; further information will be provided on site.
Security cameras are installed outside the villa near the entrance gate and in some common areas of the residence upstairs.
