The holiday apartment 'Kuenz Dolomiten Drau' is located in Vierschach / Versciaco and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The 66 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating a total of 7 guests. New since 2023: The sofa bed can be converted into a full bed with its own mattress – for even more comfort. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, and a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available (each for an extra fee). From December 2025, the kitchen will also be equipped with a dishwasher and a modern induction hob. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a balcony, where you can enjoy a spectacular mountain view.
A shared garden with a barbecue is also at your disposal. There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
Pets are allowed upon prior notice and for an additional fee.
Breakfast baskets are available on request and for a fee.
A ski storage room is located in the main building.
The accommodation offers homemade and homegrown products.
The electricity is generated in an environmentally friendly way using solar energy. This accommodation has recycling rules – further information will be provided on site.
Soap and toilet paper are provided.
Shampoo and bath foam are not available.
