Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 2 people, away from the busy streets but still being in the historic center, at the foot of the castle.
The living room is equipped with a high-end convertible sofa with a real quality SIMMONS mattress. You can rest serenely after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine (in winter)… All the equipment is new.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Easy access on foot from the station in a few minutes. Lake 5 minutes on foot.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is possible at the Sainte Claire underground car parks.

Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
