The 55 m² apartment in Funes / Villnöss, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and an internet-enabled screen for video-on-demand.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building.
Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books. From December 2026, a sauna will be available in the building. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers mountain views. Enjoy your private, covered terrace with direct access to a small private garden area.
In the communal outdoor space, you’ll find a large open terrace, a garden with playground, a barbecue, and a fire pit. A parking space at the house and a charging station for electric cars are provided.
Pets and events are not allowed.
There is a ski and bike room and covered parking for motorcycles.
A boot dryer and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Look forward to local herbs, homemade jam, and convenient self check-in. In winter, there is a small ski slope, many winter hiking trails, as well as snowshoeing and ski touring.

Major ski resorts such as Brixen, Gröden, Seiser Alm, and Sella Ronda are nearby.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr feundlich und die Wohnung ist ganz gut dekoriert. Küche sehr pratisch.

We had a wonderful stay in the Villnöß area. The hosts were incredibly friendly, the accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, and the views were absolutely stunning. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet family vacation, with easy access to Val Gardena and the local slopes. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the mountains.
It's a bit further to some of the large ski areas in the Dolomites, but if you have a car, it's easily manageable.
