The villa Rifugio Arcobaleno in Popiglio is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view.
The villa consists of 2 independent apartments (the floors are not internally connected, only externally).
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating as well as a TV.
There is also a washing machine in a communal laundry area (at extra cost).
The villa has a private spring and the water in the whole property is potable.
Furthermore, a table tennis table is available on the property. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available for a fee.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool which is heated through solar panels, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.
The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September, opening times might change depending on weather conditions.
The property is located 300 m from the main road and from the train station of Brennero.
Furthermore, the farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Pistoia Mountains along the road S.S.12 Abetone and Brennero. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed upon request.
Air conditioning is currently not available.
