Located in Castiglion Fibocchi, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno alley, the holiday apartment 'Trilocale Elisa' is a part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse dating back to the 1800s. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with two foldable beds, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A crib is available for an extra fee. The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family. Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop.
For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building.
The boiler is located outside the property. 2 fans: ceiling fan and portable fan. Guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden and an outdoor shower.
A shared laundry room is available for an additional cost. The property is conveniently situated between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets.
It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed (for a fee). Air conditioning is not available but the property is well-ventilated. This property has an electric induction stove. Free guided cellar tasting with the possibility of purchasing local products is available on-site. We offer two types of breakfast for an extra fee: a standard option that includes a cornetto and a cappuccino or other hot drink, and a continental breakfast available at an additional cost.

Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania dużej części Toskanii.Cisza ,spokój.Bardzo miły właściciel.Typowy wiejski dom z klimatem.
Bardzo mała łazienka bez kabiny.Prysznic oddzielany kotarą a woda lejąca się na całą podłogę.Odplyw jednak natychmiast odbierał wodę i nie było to bardzo uporczywe.
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft und die Landschaft sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Cappuccini die besten. Das Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sprachlich gut verständigen können, obwohl wir nur ein paar italienische Wörter sprechen können. Besonders freuen wir uns noch über den Wein und das Olivenöl, das wir bei der Familie kaufen konnten.

Het uitzicht
De gehorigheid in de appartementen. Je hoort mensen praten en zelfs naar de toilet gaan van de andere appartementen. Het was ook een omgebouwde schuur.
