The holiday home 'Apartament Xarello' is located in Vilafranca del Penedes and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
This apartment is part of a 400 m² property that can be rented separate or along with the 2nd apartment as a full house.
This apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms and the dining room, NETFLIX and a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys.
A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available.
There is a shared fully-equipped kitchen at the disposal of both apartments guests. The highlight of this accommodation is its access to two separate shared terraces. The property is located 15 km from the most beautiful beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltru and Sitges, as well as 50 km from Barcelona with all its attractions and cultural activities. The property is also close to the mountain of Montserrat and its famous monastery. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is not allowed but permitted on the terrace. Parties are forbidden and groups of young people are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. There is a meeting room in the building. Guided tours of cellars and wineries are possible upon request, as well as bicycle tours through penedes vineyards (subject to availability). The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
