The living room and master bedroom on this floor have air conditioning. Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, upon request.
Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.
Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.
Family property. Located in a residential area: municipal regulations prohibit noise and loud music after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and after 21:00 on other days.

This home is beautiful and in a great location close to a number of beaches. The appliances in the house are all top notch, and add to having a wonderful stay.

Ocean views, comfy beds, plenty of space to spread out. Loved the hot tub morning and night. Nice barbecue to grill fish purchased at one of the local fish markets.
