This apartment can accommodate 2 people.
The living room has a sofa bed.
You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine, a washing machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed.
We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. ⚠️ Work is currently underway in the vicinity of the building on weekdays only.
The new flat has very good noise insulation.
Completion of works end of 3rd quarter 2025 Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 15 min walk away.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ A basement garage is included with the unit. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

10 mn du centre et 5 mn de la gare routière à pied.
bus gratuit pour se déplacer dans la ville et les villes autour du lac.
Très appréciables
Travaux à côté du logement.
Pas assez de vaisselles : juste 1 plat à tarte qui ne rentre pas dans le four 😳avec 1 lave vaisselle il faut prévoir plus de vaisselles et de verres.
Table sur la terrasse un peu petite à mon goût.

Positive:
Very spaceous, modern equipment. Welcoming owners, answered each question. Place is clean and homey.
Negative:
The bathroom had a disgusting smell, couldn’t get rid of it. Also the view from the balcony was just construction but that’s not any of the owners fault!
