The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.

A high chair is also available. Your private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. Several shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, bars and the nearest beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed upon request and for a fee. Youth groups are not admitted. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access. Parties are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the country house. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome basket with local products.
