The villa Ajaches 23 is located in Puerto Calero and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
The 3-storey property is 130m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, one of which leads out onto a balcony and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite as well as an additional toilet.
The villa can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (which can be heated without additional charge), which can be heated in winter an open terrace, a balcony and a grill. The next café can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (930m).
The next supermarket, restaurant, and bar are 3 minutes away by car (1.4km).
The beach "Playa Chica" can be reached in 10 minutes by car (5km). The Lanzarote Airport is 15 minutes away by car (14km). Free parking is available on the street as well as private parking on the property. There is 24-hour security in the urbanisation. Beach/pool towels are provided. The key is to be left in the key box.

Het was heel fijn. Rustige locatie. Haventje in de buurt leuk en goede restaurantjes. Huis en uitzicht prachtig! De host heel erg behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten!

Das Haus war groß und sauber. Von der zuständigen Dame bekam ich einen kompletten Plan für den Besuch der Insel und sie war sehr nett und freundlich. Sie hat uns eine Flasche Weißwein als Geschenk hinterlassen. Die Fotos sind identisch mit dem Haus.
Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht gut, aber das Inselwetter machte sie unwichtig . Die Poolfilter funktionierten nur kurz und langsam. Ansonsten war alles super.

The villa is easy to find with plenty of parking available directly outside. We were a couple so was probably large for what we needed but would be ample space for a family. The fridge had a few essentials on arrival but the coffee machine shown in the photos is not that provided so bring pods and n...
The en-suite bathroom was quite tired and mouldy in places, with the shower head needing updating. We didn’t use the main bathroom on the landing, or the downstairs but they looked similar. The staircase is open, wooden and makes several turns so anyone who isn’t sure footed, may find it difficult t...
