The cottage is a charming house decorated with care.
Perfectly fitted out, it offers you all the comfort possible in its 48 m²! The cottage is as follows: - On the ground floor: a living room opening onto the terrace with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a toilet with washbasin.
You will also have a private laundry room outside (in an annex building) with the freezer. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) and a bathroom with wc. Outside, on an enclosed space, you will enjoy a private paved terrace.
Children will appreciate the 2 unfenced common gardens, including the one equipped with outdoor games and a bowling green.
The cottage is adjoining cottage 14713 with in common: a large car park and gardens.
The farm offers sales of meat and apple juice on the farm and the rental of a room for your various events.
Possibility to rent the 2 cottages together with or without room rental. In the heart of the Nivillac countryside, just 20 minutes from the sea, you will appreciate this vacation rental for 4 people in southern Brittany.
Nearby you will discover the Rhuys peninsula and the medial town of Vannes. 10 minutes from the Nantes-Vannes axis, we are lucky enough to live near the pleasant character town of La Roche-Bernard with its marina and numerous restaurants.

Gite agréable et très beau, situé en campagne. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis. Béatrice, la propriétaire, est une personne accueillante, souriante et très sympathique. Elle est discrète, disponible.Bref, je conseille à 100% ce gîte !
