The large villa (700 m²) is set on mature private grounds (3,000 m²) with lawns and established 30-foot palms.
The fully enclosed gardens offer considerable privacy.
It features a larger-than-average veranda, making outdoor dining especially enjoyable.
The villa's elevated coastal position provides glimpses of the Mediterranean through the palms and pines.
Extensive lawns and terraces surround a very large 12 x 6 meter pool, complete with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end.
Inside, the villa is spacious, with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings.
The lounge and dining area are open plan, and numerous French doors lead from the well-appointed living area to the covered veranda, offering homely comforts throughout.
The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen, making it ideal for two families who wish to have privacy while staying together.
In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized in collaboration with a renowned interior designer, resulting in stunning interiors.
There are five new bathrooms, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and an additional bathroom in the Tower room, which offers a beautiful view of the Montgo Massif.
Please note that certain amenities such as beach/pool towels, cribs, highchairs, electricity, and bed linen are available for an extra fee, based on usage.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a sound system, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, microwaves, and more.
There are five double bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, two kitchens, a gas BBQ near the pool, and an indoor garage.
The property is surrounded by a fence and two wooden gates.
Please be aware that construction work may take place near the house.

Das neu renovierte Haus ist in gutem Zustand. Auch die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser bezaubernden Villa in vollen Zügen genossen!

Confusión en el pago de "Gastos adicionales".
