Boasting a great location close to the beach, the holiday apartment Sea Views Torre Oceano 8 is situated in Mijas Costa.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby cot, a high chair and a stroller are also available upon request. The holiday apartment boasts a private covered terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open until 11 pm), a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. A bus stop, a taxi rank, a small supermarket and a restaurant are all just a 5-minute walk away.
Furthermore, the property offers private access to the beach. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Youth groups are not admitted. The property has a step-free access and interior. Smoking and parties are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
