This three-storey townhouse boasts a fantastic location, perched high above the sea with stunning views of the rooftops and surrounding countryside.
Decorated in Majorcan style with a Mediterranean touch, the home is divided into many cozy and functional spaces: a fully equipped separate kitchen, a spacious terrace-solarium furnished for comfort, an inner courtyard with a barbecue area and pizza oven, laundry facilities, five double bedrooms served by two internal bathrooms, and an external bathroom for the patio area.
Several balconies, air conditioning throughout the house, and Wi-Fi are also available. The property features a heated mini-pool with an iconic design and Italian style, offering moments of relaxation.
Arenal Beach is just a couple of kilometers away, and the center of Portocolom is a 15-minute walk along the scenic promenade by the bay.
