Accommodation description
This modern and newly built chalet is located near the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern alpine complex, in the versatile holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg.
The centre of St.
Lorenzen as well as the lifts and slopes are within walking distance.
This chalet is detached, so privacy is guaranteed.
Ample parking is of course available under the carport In winter, a beautiful, snow-sure family ski area with more than 40 km of slopes is at your disposal, as well as 14 lifts and a fun park.
For cross-country skiers and winter hikers, there are of course also numerous possibilities here.
Fun tobogganing is also possible here.
In summer you can hike in the mountains or cycle on the Mur cycle path.
The nature of this region is colourful with green mountains and blue lakes, and the offer is just as colourful.
From workshops to adventurous hikes in the Murau mountains to traditional festivals and extensive cultural programmes, there is something for every holiday guest.
There is plenty to do for the active holidaymaker in both summer and winter.

Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und bei kleineren Problemchen war innerhalb weniger Minuten sofort Jemand zur Hilfe da.
Im oberen Stockwerk ist das eine Schlafzimmer im Sommer auch nachts sehr heiß, kühlt sich trotz offenen Fenster kaum ab.
Sonnenliegen für den Garten- wie in den Nachbarhäusern- wären toll. Fliegengitter wären außerdem sehr hilfreich.

Sehr schönes Haus am Rande des Dorfes mit freiem Blick über die Felder und die Berge, es war das zweite Mal, dass wir unseren Winterurlaub in diesem Haus verbringen und alles war wie erwartet, großartig! Schön und ruhig in den Nächten und in der Nähe von allem, was Sie brauchen (Bäckerei, Spar, Restaurant, Skilift) während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - viele Dinge, die man leicht vergessen könnte, wie z.B. einen Weinflaschenöffner! Jemand hat sich die Zeit genommen, wirklich darüber nachzudenken, was die Leute in ihrem Urlaub brauchen könnten
