Boznerhütte - La Baita Bolzano is an energy class A+ house, thermally and acoustically insulated with natural materials. It is an Adults Only accommodation. It is a historic chalet converted from an old barn, which after careful restoration of the pre-existing wooden materials and the use of the most modern techniques in the field of energy recovery and management has been transformed into a charming chalet.
Located in the heart of Bolzano's picturesque old town, Boznerhütte-baita Bolzano combines modern elements with an old-fashioned style while offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 42 sqm property consists of a living room, 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 2 persons. Additional services include a home office space, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi. Access to the flat requires a flight of stairs.
Boznerhütte-baita Bolzano also offers a private and reserved balcony where you can relax in the evening.
The nearest supermarket is 100 m away.
The Boznercard is provided free of charge to guests and allows free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol and includes several additional services.
