Located just steps away from the sea and surrounded by pine forest this elegant 3-bedroom apartment for rent offers comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik.
Apartment features free private parking for one car. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building and consists of: entrance hall, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and veranda featuring summer kitchen and lounge area with a beautiful sea view.
Tastefully furnished and spacious, this enjoyable vacation rental can easily accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.
This apartment would best suite a family or a group of friends looking for an up to date vacation rental in Dubrovnik which is ideally located in a quiet area with an easy access to historical center, museums, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Amenities include: AC(all rooms), free WiFi, SAT TV (living room and bedrooms), Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, full kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, furnished veranda with summer kitchen and a private parking place. Within approximately 10 minute walk to the popular Copacabana and Coral beach in one direction and to the center of Lapad in the other direction where guests will find everything they need to enjoy their holiday: restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bus stops, taxi stands, and a lovely pedestrian walkway that leads to Lapad beach.
There are also a couple of smaller markets closer to the apartment within a few minutes walk.
Old Town Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and can be easily accessed by bus (15 minutes) with a bus stop a couple minutes from apartment or Taxi / Uber (10 minutes). Hedera A3 sleeps 6 guests. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection.
Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol.
Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This was a great property. Spacious, well stocked and amazing views. Super comfy beds!!! Plus parking. I would definitely stay here again. Management top notch. Always easy to communicate with them. Bolt or Uber into Dubrovnik very easy and well priced. Pics are views from the apartment.
