The holiday home "In Valtellina Da Valter E Lella" is located in Colorina, Sondrio province, in a quiet area away from traffic—perfect for relaxing.
Nestled at the foot of the mountains, the house enjoys fresh air from the nearby woods.
Nearby you'll find a sports center, playground, and a small fishing lake. The location is ideal for reaching renowned destinations like Bormio and Livigno, both easily accessible by car. The house offers beautiful views of the Rhaetian Alps, the Orobic Alps, and the Adamello Group.
Thanks to its central position in Valtellina, you're just minutes by bike or on foot from the Valtellina trail, which connects Colico and Bormio.
Lake Como is about 20 km away. Don't miss the Bernina Red Train from Tirano, a visit to Livigno, the Stelvio and Spluga passes, and the ancient thermal baths of Bormio.
Cycling and trekking enthusiasts can explore the area's famous terraced vineyards, home to many Valtellina wineries.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden und bereitgestellt. Man musste also gar nichts für den Haushalt mitnehmen. Beim Empfang durch die sehr netten Vermieter wurde uns alles genau erklärt. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt von den Touristenhochburgen, was wir immer suchen. Doch alles ist in erreichbarer Nähe, wie Tirano, Sondrio, Comer See etc. Wir haben es genossen.
