Villa Stazzu La Piredda is located in Arzachena and is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 2-storey property is ideal for guests and especially families who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the nature.
The villa consists of 2 living/dining room, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a possible dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a big garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces and a barbecue.
A pool is available as well between June and October.
The property is easily accessible and ideally located just a short distance from the beaches of the Costa Smeralda (approx. 20 minutes by car), sites of archaeological interest, services and local wineries.
It is also only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Arzachena.
The port and airport of Olbia are 28 km away.
Guests can also visit the Sentiero Dei Giganti, a natural and archaeological park that is just 3.5 km away.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the scenic 18-hole Pevero Golf Club, just a 20-minute (22 km) drive from the villa. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.

Der Besitzer Roberto war absolut toll er hat uns sehr geholfen und hervorragend bei allem unterstützt. Ebenso der Verwalter, Andrea , war immer für uns da und hat seine Hilfe angeboten.
Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

La maison est au calme et isolée. Elle est sur 2 étages et est très spacieuse (5 chambres). Nous étions 10 adultes et nous étions à l aise. La climatisation est très appréciable. Il y a un BBQ très pratique sous le porche.
La piscine est magnifique. Le parc est très agréable.
L’emplacement de la maison est un plus car bien située pour visiter le Nord Est de l île.
Il faisait chaud sous le porche pour manger le midi.

The villa’s quiet location was the only positive, but it couldn’t make up for all the other problems. The villa was filthy, uncomfortable, and full of problems.
We didn’t enjoy the dust, mouse droppings, broken wifi, no hot water on 2nd floor, and the horrible beds, constant electricity outages and having to constantly empty the AC containers. Despite all these issues, the owner had the nerve to keep our deposit, blaming us for two plates that broke in the ...
