The 'Alpenblick' apartment is located in Friedrichshafen and offers a wonderful view of the Alps.
The 50 m² accommodation features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, suitable for up to 4 guests.
You will find a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave with baking and cooking functions, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Please note there is no separate kitchen.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a workspace for home office, heating, four fans, and cable TV. A highlight of this property is the French balconies.
The apartment is situated near the airport and the Competence Park Friedrichshafen.
There are excellent bus and train connections to the city and Lake Constance.
Shops, restaurants, and the trade fair are all nearby. Smoking is not allowed inside.
A covered terrace of about 7 m² is located right outside the entrance and may be used for smoking. Two parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not permitted.
The apartment has a step-free interior and no separate kitchen.
The hosts also live in the house. Please enter the apartment only in clean street clothes, not in workwear.

Die Ferienwohnung war neu und sehr sauber. Toilette und Dusche über den Flur für alle. Leider keine Küchenzeile, sondern nur 1 kleiner Tisch mit Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine darunter ein Kühlschrank, keine Spüle, außer im Waschbecken im Zimmer. Kein Abschluss zum Treppenhaus. Fas ist sehr schade, denn ansonsten war alles sehr ansprechend eingerichtet.
Für 2 Nächte gut da es keine richtige Küche hat.

Die Betten waren bequem und man hat Platz auch wenn es viele Schrägen hat.
Leider ist das Bad Außerhalb der 2 Zimmer, dies hat uns nicht gefallen. Ebenso die erhöhte Toilette bei der ein Erwachsener einen Hocker benötigt um einigermaßen bequem zu sitzen.
