The holiday apartment Sole Chalet Martina is located in Livigno and has direct access to the ski slopes.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
A washing machine in the garage is also available upon request.
A baby cot and a high chair can be obtained upon request and are subject to availability. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with 2 balconies.
The property also has access to a shared garden with a barbecue and a playground which is available to guests during the summer. Sole Chalet Martina is located close to magnificent promenades, to a bike path and to cross-country trails.
Just a short walk from the property you will find the ski lift Palipert, which links to the Carosello 3000 Ski Area.
The apartment is well-connected to the town centre thanks to a bus service, with a stop at just 100m distance. A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
