The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, fan, heating, washing machine, television, as well as books and toys for children.
Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. A cot and high chair are also provided. The 500 m² outdoor area includes a pool, garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and playground, and may be shared if the other apartment in the house is also occupied.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome.
The property has no steps at the entrance or inside, and the doors are wide and easily accessible.
Parties are not allowed.
One small dog is accepted, but it cannot be left alone in the house. The vacation rental offers two options: Castell del Montgrí Amunt and Baix, both for a maximum of 4 guests.
For groups of more than 4 people, please book Castell del Montgrí, which accommodates up to 8 people. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the nearby village.
